Can users self-manage subscriptions?
Clients are not able to manage their subscriptions directly and must contact Ahava Northwest for any subscription updates or cancellations.
Can users cancel a subscription on their own?
No. Clients must contact Ahava Northwest to initiate any subscription cancellations.
What do receipts look like?
Receipts are sent by email when the Kurv app (Ahava Northwest’s payment processing partner) completes an online transaction. They are formatted like a standard online receipt template.
Can users log in to see past payments?
No. Clients cannot access a portal and must request a report from Ahava Northwest.
